      Here's where we get into the shots of getting the garden going. The first shot shows the bare beginning...at this point, although the ground has been rototilled and some plots laid out, the deal still isn't finalized with the city. Soon the paperwork was done, we had access to water, finished laying out the plots, dumped wood chips on the paths inbetween, built a shed to hold a few tools, and we were underway!

      These are in a series, from earliest to latest, so you can see the garden progressing with the spring, from bare dry dirt, to green = well, not quite paradise maybe, but getting there! And yes, there was a lot of rocks in that there dirt, so I figured, why go to all the work of hauling them off? Easier to use 'em! :-) Again, though, the large pics are pretty big files...
